We are a recognized project management training company based out of Dallas, TX. We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with good knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and other general office and web/social media programs We need someone who can listen and follow a process of emailing, customer service responses, chatting with online prospects on ZenDesk, LinkedIn prospecting, preparing word/excel proposal documents by changing a couple of items in the document, basic knowledge of Canva / graphic design is essential. We have corporate wide Zoom software for phone, SMS, and meetings. Must be available all day to take calls, answer them, and provide proper responses. The ideal candidate should be available for 30-40 work hours. Please apply only if you are ready to work remotely during US work hours and have exceptional skills. If you are exceptionally computer savvy, apply even if you do not have all the skills. We will help train you or provide access to courses to learn. Also, we will use HubStaff to track and pay for hours.
