I am looking for an administrative assistant for my web design and online marketing business. This is a work from home position. Experience in working from home is required. Please do not apply unless you have 2 years of experience working from home. Online Marketing Knowledge is a plus, but not necessary. Responsible, proactive is very important.

--must be able to self manage and not have to be checked on regularly
--Check email, reply to emails, contact me if anything needs my attention
--Assign tasks in Asana (project management system)
--Develop systems and methods and procedures for commonly performed tasks.
--Add posts to blog and insert hyperlinks into blog posts-hyperlinks to related blog articles on site
--Occasionally call clients on the phone
and other as needed.
Must be available at least 4-5 hours per day during the hours of 8am-5pm Mountain Time Zone (USA) in the event I need to talk on skype with you.
Daily reporting needed. Screencapture software will be used to track time.
As we go on duties will expand.
Looking for somebody 15-20 hours a week or so initially and would probably build up to full time. (Note, this could vary greatly and could be more hours right out of the gate).
This is a 1099 position (contractor).
