Virtual Assistant – Social Media Management, Amazon Scouting, & Admin full time

I am looking for a VA to assist me on a full time basis with both of my companies. Neither of these business roles on their own are currently full-time roles so I would like a single person to work on both businesses.

1.     E-Commerce business selling original African Art – mainly social media, digital marketing and admin

2.     FBA Amazon marketing business – mainly product scouting, customer management and admin

The VA does not need to have all the necessary skills as yet as I’m willing to teach. HOWEVER, I need someone who is smart, proficient in English, very comfortable with technology, self-driven, proactive, quick and keen to learn.

The job will require the following primary tasks, which may change according to business needs:

-       Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint

-       Edit photographs

-       Create videos by combining and editing a number of separate videos

-       Create social media posts and schedule them in Publer (videos, carousels, & single image posts)

-       Create email marketing campaigns in Mailerlite

-       Upload artworks to ArtPlacer, input artwork details, create attractive scenes for artworks

-       Create photographs and Mattertags in Matterport 360 projects

-       Create catalogues & e-Books

-       Copy writing

-       Client proposals

-       Website competitor analysis and improvement recommendations

-       Amazon product scouting

-       Customer service

-       Inventory management

-       Advert creation

-       General admin as required

Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Experience levels:
Beginner (1 - 3 yrs)
