Aiza May Pakilit

My background includes serving as a customer service associate in call-center for about 10 years. I have handled inbound and outbound calls. I was tasked to handle variety of issues and complaints such as placing order online, questions about orders, billing issue, shipping issue, appointment and service issue. I once handled warranty department for smart phones of AT&T company. We demonstrated the ability to troubleshoot before to validate phones before processing exchanges.

This past three (3) years, I handled chat and email support department. I was promoted as a Supervisor. Our main function is to answer emails and chats (inbound and outbound) of the customer regarding their order, billing issue, shipping issue and any other issues concerning their accounts.

In addition to this experience, I gained considerable skills with any computer works . I am proficient with MS Word and simple MS Excel.
