Hi! My name is Alinrelle Charl Mendoza, or you can just call me Allen for short, I’m 28 years old and a father of a beautiful baby girl, I worked in the BPO industry for at least 7 years now, I started taking in phone calls in 2011, I was a Customer Service Representative for a Telecommunications account, I mostly handled customers who are switching from one mobile to another, and creating plans for their services, I stayed there for 9 months and had to resign due to some family matters i needed to attend to that time, I then worked for a financial account and started the highlight of my career in 2012, I started as a Customer Support Specials and took in phone calls for at least 1 year, then I was promoted to a Coach position who handles agents who just graduated from production training, I provide coaching sessions with my associates and assist them with their first 3 weeks taking in phone calls. After 1 year of being a coach I was then promoted again to a Quality Support Specialist. I mostly listen to calls an evaluate to ensure that quality is in each and every calls. I also deliver reports to the higher management to show trending in terms of quality, with this I also analyze fields that needs improvement. Sadly after 2 years the account closed and I worked for another telecommunications account as a Quality Assurance Specialist. I did mostly the same in terms of tasks and roles as my previous career. After 7 months I had to resign due to proximity reasons. I then started my career as a Sales Associate, I worked for a company who provides support braces to elderly people in US, We made sure that their health care programs would provide them the braces to avoid being charged of any fee as it is their prevelige to receive such benefits. Sadly it was a seasonal account and they had to downsize during the second quater of the year. Then I worked as an outbound sales representative for an ecommerce account who handles shapers, or basically under garments that would give a better shape when worn, I had a huge success in this feild as i hit my goal every month and earn my comission also on a monthly basis, but tides turned and the account moved their business to a different country. Now here I am trying my luck to work for another compnay who deserves my dedication and skills.
