Key Contributions:
• Managed the integrated marketing campaign for opening of Thomson-East Coast Line Stage 1,
oversaw the publicity campaign from conceptualisation to implementation.

o Autonomous Vehicles (AVs) to drive awareness and acceptance of AVs as part of the land
transport system,

Senior Manager / PUB, National Water Agency
Strategize, direct and execute multi-audience marketing campaigns to meet PUB’s objectives i.e., water
conservation campaign, raising awareness of water quality. Directed team of 5 to narrate the PUB story
and key messages through integrated campaign management, branding, event marketing and digital
marketing. Managed budgets from between $70,000 to $3mil.
Key Contributions:
• Led the key initiative “Water Conservation Campaign” to raise awareness and promote the
importance of water conservation in 2019. Managed the research, media and creative agencies
involved in this campaign
• Directed PUB’s flagship water conservation campaign: Singapore World Water Day (SWWD-
o Spearheaded the rebranding initiative for SWWD in 2013. New branding was well-received and
applied to all marketing materials and resources for all partners
o In 2018, marcom efforts reached over 100 community partners contributing to one-fifth of the
total community engagement - garnered an estimated 100 million impressions, accumulated an
estimated value of $2 million in advertising value.
• Led in development and implementation of the campaign, including through-the-line activities, onsite event management, copywriting, filming and post-production (produced over 20 event videos.
Art directed 2016 & 2017 event videos)
• Led the rebranding exercise for “Friends of Water” (FOW), which included Focus Group Discussions
with water advocates and community partners. Resulted in the development a full marketing suite,
including; resource kits, welcome kits, presentation decks, Singapore Water Story infographic
animation, produced marketing collaterals and spearheaded the inaugural FOW networking session
which had over 100 attendees
