I worked for Call Center Companies for 5 years, which I was assigned to handle accounts which is based in USA. Being the companies representative I always make sure I show off being efficient and effective in doing my job. I handled Customer Service, Sales and basic technical support. Been doing inbound and outbound calls and at the same time, I also was assigned to be a chat support representative. When I chose to work home based, I landed as an Online English Tutor for adults and kids. I decided to continue what I loved doing which is taking in and doing outbound calls, which landed me to be a Virtual Assistant, doing admin task, cold calling and appointment setting.I handled different campaigns such us, wine and diamonds investment, Medical Insurance, Real Estate. etc. I also enjoyed being a Virtual Assistant where in, I was given various admin task, setting the schedule for my client and also for my clients workers for his company. I strongly believe that the skills and experience can be very helpful to whatever task I will be given in the next coming job/ task that will be given to me.
