I have worked in one of the largest BPO Industry in the Philippines serving U.S clients, where I handled telecommunication, mobile, and online data packages , and satellite TV service for billing, marketing , technical and record keeping.

  • I also worked as a bank teller and customer service relations officer. I am also TESOL certified and have been working as an ESL teacher and curriculum developer. 

-I have the passion for learning business and technical skills. I have continuously upgraded my skills is social media management, e-commerce, marketing, and many business courses. My background covers practices in the educational, business and outsourcing field.
