I worked as General Manager and Project Manager for an international company of E-commerce leading a team of 15 sales managers. My responsibilities were:
Managing the performance and development of the HR and Recruitment process;
Motivate, Inspire, stimulate, instruct, direct coach, brief and manage performance, recruit and aid careers of al the team.
Collect and analyse the results of Backoffice and Sales departament in order to set plans and conduct training to enhance the performance;
Monitor team quality of work and ensure that customer expectations are being met at all levels;
Prepare and present a quarterly/monthly business review of in front of the management team from headquarter to discuss operational and commercial KPIs progress and achievement.
