I have been filling business development and sales & marketing roles for the past 5 years, in both my companies and my clients'.

• Business Consulting – This goes to CEO and Directors that need advisory before making a decision or taking a new path with their projects or need help with remediating an issue related to their business – revenue, cash-flow, debt, etc.

• Virtual Office Framework & Environment build – This refers to digitalization. If you want to move or expand your business into the online, I’ll provide the perfect ecosystem to fit your business exactly. This will be delivered together with explicit action steps and guidelines to accommodate your pivoting.

In cases where my clients are not prepared back-end wise, I formulate processes and onboard them onto project management platforms while also creating a fully customized virtual office for them.

These are always carried out between me and the client (one dedicated person), giving them first hand experience with building their infrastructure, making it easier to understand and adapt.

I only reach out to vetted targets, every email being always personalized to the account and their business. Once the processes are in place, my clients can sit back and be completely hands-off.
