As a Customer Service Representative for a US-based Telecommunications Company I was trained to:

• Deliver Quality Customer Service Experience to all Clients.
• Address Client’s Reason for Calling in a Timely Manner
• Report any Changes or Overages on the Account 
• Discuss New Plans Available Precisely 
• Remind Clients of Payment Due Date to avoid Disconnection of Service

The Account that I worked for was extremely challenging, I was receiving complaints after complaints and because of this I learned so much especially when it comes to dealing with Disappointed Customers. After a while I started receiving very good VOC(Voice of Customers) Ratings of 5 being the highest. I also have a very low Percentage of Callbacks which means I was able to address all of my Customer’s concern at the time of the call. 

I also have experience as a Personal Assistant to a Well known Makeup Artist and a Secretary to her booming Makeup School then. I was responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Answer Phone calls / Text messages / Email
• Discuss Rates, Promos Available
• Set up Meetings 
• Update Calendar of Activities
• Payment Method Options
• List of Final Students 

I had a chance to meet People from all walks of life. Being the first person that People meet when they come in at the Office I learned to be very Welcoming, make People feel at home and make sure to discuss every detail to them. It was a pretty busy job but I enjoyed it very much nonetheless. 

I also grab an opportunity to open an Online Shop on Facebook when I met a Direct Supplier. My Shop was dedicated to Makeups and Tools from the USA. I handle:

• Inquiries (Phone calls and texts, Facebook messages) 
• Giving out Payment Options•
• Information about the Product Availability 
• Taking Photos of Each of the Product
• Editing, Posting of Photos
• Preparation of Shipments
• Courier Pickup, Proof of Shipping, Receipts etc.
• Tracking, Updating of Packages Sent
