I started working in a BPO Industry as Customer Service Representative in 2007 up until 2016. I worked with big companies ( Convergys, Stream now Convergys , The Results ) that are well-known to clients as great in customer service and issue resolution. I have undergone a lot of training that helped me enhanced my skills and knowledge in customer service field. I consistently pass customer satisfaction rating over the years. During September of 2016 I was given the chance to be promoted as Team Leader and handled a team for 8 months , unfortunately I had to stop working because I was hospitalized. Now I want to get back to where I all started , as a great Customer Service Rep because I want to share my talent and experience to the company that needs my expertise when it comes to customer service jobs.
