Arbab Naseebullah Kasi

I am a freelancer and contractor since 2010 working on different areas. I have experience as a Lecturer & Program Coordinator (Entrepreneurship, Career Management, Industrial Linkages Development, and Placement) at DMS-FMS and Balochistan University of Information Technology Engineering and Management Sciences I’m also a professional member of Human Resource Development Network (HRDN), Society for Human Resource Management, Emerging Young Entrepreneurs Society International, Young Entrepreneurs Society International, and The International Entrepreneurs Association. I have been consulted by a number of local and multinational corporations, NGOs, and educational resource centres across Pakistan. My areas of focus are career management, corporate entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, project management, monitoring & evaluation, human resource management, personal social development, consultancy and visionary leadership. In my efforts to bring about positive change in a national professional environment, I have been a scholarship advisor and human resource manager in Institute of Rural Management – Pakistan Reading Project (IRM-PRP) project funded by USAID. I have also been senior program officer for human resources in the Balochistan Rural Support Program. Prior to that I led School of Leadership activities as Balochistan Coordinator for Youth. I hold an MS and MBA, both from BUITEMS where I majored in entrepreneurship and human resource management. I have completed the Social Enterprise Management Program from Lahore University of Management Sciences, Lahore and Professional Skill Development Program from Institute of Business Administration in Karachi, Pakistan. My achievements include four promotions in my initial two years of my development experiences. Further, I was awarded of the “employee of the year’ six times, both in the social & educational sectors.
