General Virtual Assistant. What is the Task I can do?

• Main Service

Research, Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filing. Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Other Tasks

Processes customer and account source documents to maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Verifies entered customer and account data by viewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data. Test customer and account systems changes and upgrades by inputting new data, Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

I received training from Filipino Virtual Assitant (FVA) as General Virtual Assistant. I also have experience in product research and data entry. I wanted to work and gain more experience in Administrative work, such as product research, listing products on some eCommerce websites and others.

Looking at the opportunity to expand my experience while helping a company and grow with them.
