I have been a call center representative since 2007 in several call center companies., I have been to different departments such as collections, customer care, technical support, sales chat and most recently, email support.
Aside from being a call center agent, I am also knowledgeable in MS Office applications, Google docs, Zendesk and CRM. I know a little about computers (software and hardware) and photo editing.
My real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time.
