I was a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company where I performed handling customer issue, administering dispute transaction, maintain customer records by updating account's information and escalating customer's major complaints in that role I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert where I handle supervisory calls, submitting weekly and monthly reports and side by side coach to agents.
