I am a hardworking and trustworthy individual who have provided efficient and excellent customer service for over five years experience in the BPO industry.I handled Retail Account catering both online and store transactions and also worked as an Advisor for a healthcare/insurance account.I worked with many clients;doing inbound and outbound calls and also has an experience in email handling.

I have been part a of a Quality team and always been passionate in ensuring clients target are met and exceeded.
