I have 5+ years of experience providing Top-Notch Support as an Administrative Assistant to Executive Directors and Managers. I interact professionally with all levels of staff and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. I am known for tack and diplomacy in handling sensitive issues. I have worked in a Human Resources work place scheduling meetings, helping approve applications selections, educating and instructing employees over the phone or in person, scheduling conference rooms, handling bids, procurement, DPO's and Requisitions process for company. I have worked to develop contracts, process background checks, notarize documents for new hire process. I have worked under two three Executive Directors, one in Human Resources and Two others in Non-Profit Organizations. I love being of service and making sure it is done with excellence.

In working for Non-Profits I was expose to designing promotional material such as; press kits. I recruited more then 50 event volunteers. I have assistant with event logistics, staffing issues, scheduling event-planning meetings. My strong customers service skills were developed through working for Citi Bank where my phone calls were used for the purposes of training due to high results in surveys given by customers. I am a hard-worker and will go over and beyond to ensure that things are handled in the proper way. I understand that communication and great customer service helps any business go a long way.
