I have worked before for almost 2 years in a call center company here in the Philippines, under Amazon's account. I worked as a customer service representative. I handle customer's concern regarding their orders or give them product information. I help the customers track their package, cancel orders, process returns and refunds. Change the shipping address and make follow ups with the sellers and the shipping company. I also help the customers step by step on how to place an order. I give customers great customer support and provide them information.
