I have more than 16 years of experience in Assisting CEO’s , administrative work, personal assistance, tax returns, banking accounts, forecasts, budgets and margin reports. I’m in an HR position now which I just loved. I’m a self-starter person, commited and honest. I am great dealing with people (employees, suppliers and customers). In my current job I’m in charge of recruiting, hiring and training. I’m also in charge of making policies and procedures as well as do whatever it takes to encourage the remote team. I moderate the staff meetings and gather the information to show in one single presentation. I also prepare the remotes payroll.
