I was an Admin Assistant 7 yrs ago in one of the biggest developer which is Avida Land corp where I performed full cycle of General Admin duties, punchlisting, turnover of units to buyer and assisted with budgeting & presentation of monthly reports.
I was also promoted way back 2010 as Billing & Collection officer and was transferred to Ayala Property Management Corp. one of the subsidiary company of Ayala Land. My duties & responsibilities were to ensure the accuracy & efficiency of Billing & collection data of various project of Avida land.
Then after that, 5 yrs ago I’ve been given an opportunity as Credit & Underwriting administrator with BFS. Where I performed for home mortgage loan administration, credit risk management and Aftersales of resolved remedial accounts, originated loans and property sales accounts.
On these roles, a major accomplishment I’m most proud of was that I was able to satisfied our clients/homeowners on our service and to do beyond my capacities that my previous employers proud of.
