I have been working since 2010 related to customer service and technical support. 

Appointed OIC/POC and SME to resolve escalated issues and complaints during the earliest time of my agent career. 

4 years later as I was promoted as a team leader and have been developing staff for their high standard of performance. Analyzing customer feedback to improve our client's services and procedures together with different administrative tasks in delivering reports. 

I'm at my niche and have been assigned to different LOBs such as; customer care, technical support, chat, email, social media and even sales.

Now, I want to try something different so I'm taking the path of working remotely. I truly value time and I can see that freelancing offer such.
