A MBA (HR) having experience of more than 1 years in working at Desert Collection (Social Enterprise) with one but a highly sophisticated, adaptive and learning organization where I learnt a lot by working with the seasoned professionals and truly executing a role of start-up manager and change agent in addition to a role of employee champion.
I find it strangely pleasant that during this whole experience, I have found myself benefited not only from my professional development courses and entrepreneurship Conferences locally and nationally but also from my exposure of trainings on entrepreneurship.
I believe that in the modern age when competition among business entities has become increasingly relentless, we need individuals with multiple abilities and knowledge. It is this zeal for learning which has given me an all-round knowledge of all the various management areas and has provided me with the confidence to reach at this position of one the best incubation center (Centre of Entrepreneurship leadership and incubation) by the age of twenty five. I am, by the grace of Allah, very much sure of my success and hope that I will have a smooth sailing up to my destination. Inshallah!
