I have an important experience in managing projects and also in managing proceses and operations inside an organization, which contemplates tasks such as defining strategies and objectives to get higher objectives, to suggest changes and work with people to implement them, to monitor a control an operation, manage personnel
I work with a practical problem solving orientation, leading teams, if necessary, to get the tasks done and the objetives accomplished. I like working with organization but also with Agile methods, where I can be effective creating new ways to work.
I have had good experience working with small companies in which I have supported their growth by making proceses more effective and able to support bigger operations and also have worked in big companies in which strategic work in needed as well as operational.
I am also teacher in an University, which has given me good experience communicating and dealing with different generations and building learning proceses that are not only effective but also interesting for them.
I am a certified coach and use my coaching skills very often to work with people and to coach people to help them find ways to solve a problem or get an objective.
