I am a chef, and owner of my own catering business. I am looking for freelance work helping you with your catering needs; or either writing, data capturing or if you need a recipe tested and reviewed I can help with that to.

Why writing? Well, I just love to write. The power of words has always been fascinating to me. Probably one of the reasons I have a law degree.

Why data capturing? Because I am good at it. I am detail orientated, and admin tasks such as data capturing show case that.

Why research? Well, who doesn't love finding out new things? Also, any excuse to read really.

Why recipe testing and reviews? Its the odd ball of the lot, but my passion in life is food and cooking. Give me half a chance to be in the kitchen, and I am there. Hence, the catering company.

Oh, I also hold a postgraduate in business management from Wits Business School. So, I have the qualifications to help you out.
