My most recent job was for L'Oreal Paris Philippines as an Area Manager handling Sales and Operations in a retail setup. Through this I was able to handle customers in a more personal level handling their concerns face-to-face. I also have experience in a call center handling inbound customer service. I was in charge of handling calls and concerns for Texas Utilities, a US electric provider.
My experience has taught me how to deal with customers in two different kinds of setting. Right now I am looking for a home based job for personal reasons.
