I have a solid work history in customer service management before moving specifically into Social Media marketing
3 years ago. As a Social Media professional, I am based in the Philippines and have worked remotely on client
accounts across Asia, USA and Australia. My greatest success has been on executing social media campaigns to
rapidly increase client followers across multiple Social Media platforms, including Instagram, and Facebook.
I take pride in having the ability to remotely manage multiple accounts under my control and being able to develop
creative ideas to enhance client’s online presence.
I am very self-motivated, having both successfully managed teams and worked independently in the past. I adopt an
open communication style which has successfully supported collaborating with clients from different Global
Regions. Throughout my experience, I feel my positivity rubs off on those I work with and I enjoy developing strong,
positive professional relationships.
My Social Media communication skills are excellent, and I like to maintain a hands-on approach to my work. I most
enjoy helping clients create and execute social media advertising strategies to reach their targets and get their
messages/news out loud and clear.
