I major in Marketing and have vast experience in sales, collections, customer care, team management, customer relations, among others. These skills have been developed for over 6 years in the call center industry where, through different accounts, I have been able to assist customers in and outside of the US.
I have also lead teams of over 250 people towards the achievement of company goals ensuring client satisfaction.
Tasks as such have driven me to become a disciplined, goal - oriented, organized person that knows how to organize time and distribute work in order to guarantee the fulfillment of what is expected within the deadlines set.
Being fully fluent in English & Spanish, and living in a Spanish speaking country while assisting English speakers has been one of the key factors that has helped me in widening the comprehension of both languages and speeding up the translation process.
