The nature of my degree has prepared me for this position. It involves a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. For one course, Psychology, an understanding of the human behavior is definitely essential to the industry. I found this subject very stimulating. I have also worked as a Technical Support Representative in my previous employment. The job required me to monitor and maintain the internet connection of our customers, providing support including procedural documentation and relevant reports and I also do some troubleshooting in the system and network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults.
