I started out as a transcriptionist (2007) in the BPO industry and had 3+ years of experience, not to mention my freelance projects I had before working full time for an office-based company. My career shifted to Operations Management and was assigned as Junior Operations Specialist and had been promoted as Senior Operations Specialist. I handled small projects/accounts in graveyard shift (PH time) so I am comfortable working US daytime. My current industry is in ecommerce and I've been working for an Amazon seller for 4 years now handling product sourcing and repricing product listings aside from other daily tasks regularly assigned. I'm a self-learner which I believe is a vital skill needed in this type of job. I still want to expand my knowledge and continuously upskill as it means more value to my client.
