Been working as chat/email tech support for more than 15 years. Have a fair share of phone support as well. I'm a loyal employee since I stayed on the same company for a while but as the saying goes "all things must come to an end" which I think is not a bad thing because from this you will experience new things and grow for the better. I have always been a positive person.
