After building my career in digital marketing at AIR FRANCE KLM as Digital Account Coordinator for 10 years, I decided to make a new beginning in a field that I also have personal interest which is travel. Since September 2019, I’m working as Program Services Coordinator at Grand Circle Travel. As I’m on unpaid leave since the beginning of May until the 1st of August due to Covid-19 and this period seems to be extended I see this as an opportunity to search for new challenges in fields which are more stable and make me more satisfied while working remotely in a position I have experience.

As a Digital Account Coordinator I was leading a team of 6 by managing the digital accounts of AIR FRANCE KLM the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg markets. Together with the team I was mainly responsible for content/website management, newsletter creation and sending, data mining, social media, banner activities and reporting.

As a bridge between the markets and the teams I was the one understanding the needs and the expectations of the markets and making sure the team is able to handle the execution with the expected quality by respecting the deadlines agreed. I also had the advisory role where I was asked by the markets how to plan and execute any campaign and together with the technical department I was always in search for any technical improvement in the tools used. I was the escalation point in case there is an issue with the work done or any team member. Renewing, updating the yearly Service Level Agreements according to the foreseen activities was one of my responsibilities.

Since I was involved in execution as well I have experience in content management tools, newsletter creation, HTML and social media post creation and publishing. Besides coordinating a team I leaded central projects together with the colleagues in Amsterdam and Istanbul by being in close contact with external parties and all KLM markets over the world.
