I am a Virtual Assistant with more than 10 years of Customer Service experience in the Fitness industry wherein my primary responsibilities are Customer Support by person/phone/emails, creating reports, strategizing and planning for member retention and revenue growth, also Admin works as creating membership accounts, processing payments, filing, organizing, analyzing & solving members concern and driving NPS for retaining happy members.

I also have taken a short course for Virtual assistant course in VABootcamp to enhance my skills in Social Media Management, Calendar management, basic graphic design.

I am a natural problem solver and a team player. I enjoy learning new tasks. I am highly motivated and told I am pleasant to work with. I have many skills and learn things very quickly.
