I have been a Virtual Executive Assistant /Office Administrator for an Australian offshore company here in Cebu,Philippines. I handle a team of 12 staff, with each staff designated to perform different tasks and I am in-charge of making sure that these tasks are completed possibly before the set deadline while doing my own.
The variations of these tasks are from basic administrative documents, to Accounting tasks and also involves Customer Service. I respond to email concerns from customers to prospect business affiliates. I also serve as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director which means that I handle his day to day calendar and making sure that is reminded of his scheduled meetings. I am also responsible for whipping up business proposals and quotations that the Managing Director presents on client meetings.
These various tasks has assured me over the years that I would be capable of handling and performing different skillset and making sure that every output is of quality.
