Billing, Email and Chat Support, Sales, Technical Support.
I have experience in Email and Chat support when I joined Microsoft as a Sales and Technical Support
Representative.
Also, I joined an ecommerce business that offers online courses located in the United States as a customer service
representative where my main task is to respond and assist customers regarding their orders, cancellation, finding
tutorial videos, refunds, bonuses and account creation.
I also handled password reset and assist members in changing their registered addresses. We used Zendesk and
Intercom and Instamember for CRM.
