I worked for the biggest companies in the US like Sprint, Microsoft, Ingram Micro, Avant Personal loan, and Automatic Data Processing. My biggest strength is being well prepared because when you are working in the Customer Service Industry, everything you tell to the customer should be 100% accurate and precise. What i love the most in my job is talking to an irate customer, Because turning an Irate customer into a satisfied customer feels good inside.
