I started my BPO experience last 2015. I became a virtual assistant of an air conditioning company in Australia for a year. The job was more on email handling, data entry, creating purchase order number and job order number, doing quotation, and sending weekly scorecards for technicians and monthly reports. Then, I took another milestone for a telecommunication companies as a customer service representative.
I am well versed in the English language and a workhorse in terms of customer satisfaction, leadership and discipline. I am also self-reliant, very keen to details, a great team player and can easily find ways to motivate myself and other people.
