I worked as a Data Entry operator for 3 years, then transferred to another company as a Chat Support Representative and was assigned in the presales department for a technology brand that sells Desktops, Laptops, Printers and etc. I dealt with Consumer and Business customers through chat and email. In that company I take three chats/customers at a time, so I'm confident to say that I can handle multiple concerns and issues, and I am good in multitasking.
