I have been working with small and large organisations since 1998 as a Business Consultant, Strategist, Mentor and Training Consultant.

I have worked with Start-ups, Business Owners, CEO's, Managing Directors, General Managers, Regional Managers, Project Managers and Middle-Level Mangers in identifying the gaps/weaknesses in their businesses, then developing a tailored strategy to address these gaps and weaknesses.

I help these businesses to correct their issues and grow, using my tried and tested systems and strategies which I've had success with for over 20 years.

Sometimes it's a people issue and sometimes it's a system or process issue, while sometimes it's a combination of all of these!

Whatever the issues or challenges are, I've been able to help these businesses to streamline their operations and improve their effectiveness and visibility in the market as well as their bottom line.
