Hi,

My name is Danie or Dan for short. I am a passionate and hardworking customer service representative for three years and six months since June 2019 to January 2023. My main task is answering inbound calls, calling back customers for updates through outbound calls and answering tickets or emails. 

The account I used to work with caters scanning and storage of medical records of doctors who closed practices. I handled this pioneer account wherein I helped customers in submitting and reviewing request forms to transfer medical records. As a pioneer agent, I also was the person in-charge in training the new team members. In the span of three years, I was able to create an agent-based manual which is more specific and elaborate to help the team in doing the tasks.

I know how to use the Microsoft Document, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Sheet and Google Docs. I also used Freshdesk in my previous job. I also have a little knowledge about editing video online, recording IVRs through vocaroo, and creating training videos through the OBS App.
