I'm a 28-year-old father of 1. Originally from Venezuela, currently living in Panama.

I learned English on school and extracurricular English courses as well as living in Canada for a few months after finishing High School.

I've been working in my current job for over 4 years as a customer support agent at first, I was then promoted to level 2 agent and later on to VIP manager.

Ever since I started working in Panama, I have dealt directly and indirectly with customers; in restaurants and office jobs.

I'm passionate about technology, PCs and smartphones more accurately. As well as, exact sciences such as Mathematics and Physics.
