To provide a brief information, my professional experience includes more than 10 years as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Agent for the US and Australian companies like Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Verizon and Telstra for BPO companies.

As an independent contractor, I generally worked as a Customer Service Specialist and a Virtual Assistant for e-commerce businesses worldwide through Upwork ( a global freelancing platform where businesses and independent professionals connect and collaborate remotely). I've been working as an independent contractor for more than 5 years now.

I am proficient with different applications and tools like LiveChat, Zopim, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho CRM, Shopify, Amazon, Ebay, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Search, Skype, Hangouts, Facebook, HooteSuite, Instagram, Twitter, and Microsoft Office.

There's definitely no language barrier as I am fluent in the English language, both verbal and written.
