I’ve spent great part of my career covering roles as Senior Recruiter, Consultant and HR Administrator.

Infact I'm able to manage the end to end recruitment process:

*Working with Hiring Managers of different department to establish hiring plans.

*Analyze with them the real need for new hiring.

*Creating a list of job descriptions.

*Partecipating in job fairs and presentations of the company.

*builds up and mantains effective relations with recruitment agencies, career centers, universities to attract the best young candidates possible.

*Analyze CVs, manage candidate screening, make pre-selection calls with local or international applicants, making face to face interview with potential candidates, executing selection activities such us selection test and also group dynamic interviews.

*Executing also headhunting techniques for identyfing and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.

*Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.

*Briefing the candidates about the responsabilities, salary, benefits of the job in question.

*Creating a final short list of selected candidates and choose the best fit for the vacancy.

*Partecipating in the introduction of new employees in the company.
