Hello All, I have ten years of call center experience and have worked for following company's during my ten years tenure
1, BPL Call center as customer care representative,
2, Allianz Cornhill as a IT Help Desk representative,
3, Symantic Anti virus software as Customer care representative,
4, Vonage Voip phone services as IT representative,
5, Northern trust bank as Senior IT help desk representative.
I now work for a marketing company and here i work as a Business Analytical Associate for the past two years, I don't get to help a lot of people in this role, all i have is tasks assigned in my bin and have to make sure those tasks are done in the given time. I don't have to interact with many people and so I feel this is not my line of work or interest and that's the very reason I'm applying for this call center job. I am very happy for this opportunity.
