I am an Admin Assistant from my recent work. I do phone calls inbound and outbound, I also do encoding of return to sender letters sent by the different branches of the company. I also do the dispatching of the documents thru couriers or messenger. I am responsible for all the documents that we received from the company's branches, which include logging, encoding and monitoring of the said documents.
