I worked for Iberia bilingual campaing, of n the nigh shift, giving customer service for North America and Europe, my job was to sell tickets, make change on them, seat accommodations pets on board etc

due to healthy Issues I changed to a retemptions campaing in which the customer request a membership for beauty product, giving them customer service such as , changing billing date , discounts sending more or different products , and if they wanted to cancel the acc , make retemption, I was promoted to floor supervisor on that campaing

I got a better offer for a solar campaing in which I had to qualified the customer asking some questions like the electric company, the credit score, if was home owner, also check the shade on the roof, after that we set up the appointment with the solar specialist or I transfer to a representative, I was doing really good so I was promoted to the student loan forgiveness campaing , in which depending on a couple of factors such as family size loan balances interest rates we are giving the customer the best forgiveness program.

I am currently finishing my career I'm studying for been a comercial pilot and I am saving money for my las subject and the las flight hours I am really committed into my work and studies, always giving my best and extra mile
