From my past work experienced, I do handled customer care support for billing in a US cable provider. I also handled an Australian telco account. My task is to explain to the customer what plan they are subscribed and how they can monitor their monthly bill. I also had a chance to work as a technical support agent for android devices, were I educate customers on how to use and take care of their devices.
