I am a graduate of BS Psychology from the Pontifical University of Santo Tomas in 2008.
I have been in the call center industry for almost 8 years. I used to be a Technical Support Representative and I've worked with the best companies in the United States (AT&T and Charter) and also in Australia (BigPond and Dodo). I have learned basic troubleshooting for internet connection such as ADSL, Wireless, and Cable. I was also once a Customer Service Representative and handled billing concerns/inquiries (Telstra and Sirius XM). I am a Microsoft Word efficient and has knowledge with MS Excel, Powerpoint and the Internet.
I am a carreer-driven person and I always give my 100% in every work that I do. I have undergone proper trainings on how to provide customer service to the best of my ability. I am able to do multi-tasking and can work with minimal supervision. Being a graduate of Psychology, I understand individual differences and I can say that I am able to mingle with different types of people. I can easily adapt to changes and I have a positive outlook in life. I am looking forward in getting a long-term, stable job from a company where my knowledge and skills can be enhanced to be able to contribute in the growth of the business and it's people.
