And this is my previous experiences at AWC Digital (RUC Mining Cementation Australia Subcontractor) :

I'm a Project Manager, UI/UX Designer and also one of the stakeholder members. I was helping to shape the company's road map. Before me, there was no company's road map and no in-house system that managed the employees. I made the movement to start and create an HR, Project management and also Financial in-house system using my draft idea and also designs to make all the company processes more efficient and automatic. Managing and helping teams to grow their potential and maximal skills also gives ideas that support and solve the problems. I always see things in customer and also business perspectives so my ideas and solutions have reality backed up most of the time.

My Process :

From client high level perspective -> Breakdown to details and create list of modules -> Create list of functions and features with description on each of it from each modules -> Design its wireframe and prototype -> Design High fidelity -> Handover to Devs, Product Managers and Executives
