I have been working in the call center industry (CSE) for about 8 years now, 3 of them as a home based freelancer.
I am trained in inbound and outbound collections as well as customer service (via phone, email and chat) and equipped with the proper skills and knowledge to yield good customer service and efficient collection results.
My recent jobs as a CSE not only includes phone, email and chat but also helping colleagues with company projects. I am also given tasks in the logistics department of the company as well as having the opportunity to interview applicants.
In my other jobs, my tasks would vary, depending on the things my superior would want done first, be it research, transcription or data mining.
